At 531 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12 miles northeast of Union, or near Lockhart, moving south at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Chester, Lockhart, Carlisle, Chester State Park, Monarch Mill, Leeds, Adamsburg, Bullock Creek, and Santuc. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
