For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 possible. * WHERE...Clarendon, Lee, Southeastern Orangeburg, and Sumter Counties. * WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Tuesday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
