For the Gale Warning, northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 3 to 6 ft expected. * WHERE...Edisto Beach to Savannah out 20 NM. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM EST this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 8 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
