River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 852 AM EDT, Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. The gauge along the South Pacolet River near Campobello is reporting a level of 9.7 feet. At 8 feet, common, nuisance flooding of low-lying areas adjacent to the South Pacolet River is beginning. Old Mill Rd is beginning to flood due to high flow and backwater effects from the adjacent tributary Motlow Creek. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
