...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Spartanburg County in upstate South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 510 AM EDT, a stream gauge indicated elevated stream levels and flows along the South Pacolet River and its tributaries upstream of Lake Bowen. This is in response to 3 to 5 inches of rain that fell across the nortjwest corner of Spartanburg County Saturday evening and early this morning. Minor flooding is likely occurring in low lying areas along the South Pacolet. This includes portions of Old Mill Rd. - Minor flooding impacts will continue through daybreak, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
