* At 719 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong
thunderstorms were located along a line from near Channel Buoy 5 to
near Altamaha Sound, moving southeast at 40 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Buoy Tender Sagebrush, Ferry Boat Janet, C C A Buoy, Buoy J, Tug
Elmira, Tug Rio Apon, Tug Matt Turecamo, 110 Degree Olympic Buoy,
Sailboat Jupiter, Motherlode Barge, Buoy K C, D U A Buoy, Tug
Senasqua, Latex Barge and Sayler Barge.
