* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 4 PM this afternoon to 1
PM EST Sunday. For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 6 PM this evening
to 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will create
hazardous conditions for small craft. An extended period of
freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
