* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 27 expected except
around 30 to 32 along the immediate coast.

* WHERE...All of southeast North Carolina and northeast South
Carolina.

* WHEN...From 10 PM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Outdoor pets may need to be bought inside or atleast
have access to a warm and sheltered location to spend the night.
