Lingering moisture and runoff from this weekend's wintry precipitation will create patchy black ice on area roads tonight and Tuesday morning as temperatures remain well below freezing. Be prepared for slick spots, especially on bridges and overpasses and any untreated roadways. Use extra caution when walking on sidewalks, driveways, and in parking lots. Temperatures will likely remain below freezing thru late Tuesday morning.
