For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures dropping into the lower and mid 20s. * WHERE...In Georgia, Franklin, Hart, and Stephens Counties. In South Carolina, Anderson, Central Greenville, Greater Oconee, Greater Pickens, Northern Spartanburg, Southern Greenville, and Southern Spartanburg Counties. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM EST this morning. For the Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. In-ground sprinkler systems should be drained.
