...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Pickens County in upstate South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 445 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 150 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clemson, Central, Norris, Six Mile, Lake Keowee, Keowee Toxaway State Park, Lake Hartwell and Nine Times. - Nuisance to minor flooding is possible for locations along Jones Mill Road, Old Seneca Road, Creek Bend Drive, Lusk Road, Belle Shoals Road, Liberty Highway, Camp Creek Road, Silver Creek Road, Lay Bridge Road, and Browning Road near Six Mile, Johns Road near Central, and locations near Lake Keowee. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
