from the mid to upper 20s inland to around freezing just inland
from the beaches. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind
chills ranging from upper teens to low 20s inland.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 9 PM Monday to 9 AM EST
Tuesday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight Monday Night
to 8 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
