The lower boardwalk in the Congaree National Park becomes flooded by Cedar Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 16.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
