West Central Union SC County in upstate South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 849 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cross Anchor and Enoree. - Locations in southern Spartanburg county along Burnt Factory Road, East Blackstock Road, Old Hills Bridge Road, and Grace Chapel Road may see nuisance to minor flooding develop.
