For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 3 to 6 ft expected. * WHERE...Edisto Beach to Savannah out 20 NM. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from midnight tonight to midnight EST Monday night. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
