...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central South Carolina, including the
following counties, Bamberg, Barnwell and Orangeburg.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 800 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing but expected to
gradually recede over the next hour. Between 1 and 3 inches
of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bamberg, Denmark, Blackville, Rivers Bridge State Park,
Ehrhardt, Hilda, Neeses, Norway, Olar, Kline, Cope, Govan and
Bamberg County Airport.
