...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 3 PM
EDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected
in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways (4.6 to
5.5 feet Mean Lower Low Water).

* WHERE...Washington, and Newport RI Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 3 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
isolated road closures expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Mainly the ocean exposed coastline of Rhode
Island will be impacted with minor inundation at high tide.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and
waves around 3 feet expected.

* WHERE...Narragansett Bay.

* WHEN...From 2 PM Sunday to 2 PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
