counties, Bedford and Somerset.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- After yesterday's heavy rainfall, soils in the watch area are
saturated. Any sustained heavier showers and thunderstorms in
these same areas this evening could trigger runoff issues.
