Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall through Tuesday night is expected to average from 1.0 to 1.5 inches across the watch area. However, there is the potential for isolated locations to receive an additional 2 to 3 inches.
