* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter mile or
less in dense fog. For the Wind Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 mph
with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and northwest New Jersey
and east central, northeast, and southeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM EST Monday. For the
Wind Advisory, from 10 AM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Low
visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Temperatures
near or below freezing overnight may result in patchy ice on
untreated surfaces from fog alone.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
