For the Wind Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and northwest New Jersey and east central, northeast, and southeast Pennsylvania. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM EST Monday. For the Wind Advisory, from 10 AM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Temperatures near or below freezing overnight may result in patchy ice on untreated surfaces from fog alone. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
