...ICY ROADWAY CONDITIONS POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT WITH RAIN FALLING OVER SUB-FREEZING ROAD TEMPERATURES... Given the recent cold spell, observed roadway surface temperatures are still below freezing even though air temperatures are above freezing. This will result in patchy ice along area roadways leading to hazardous travel conditions, especially secondary roadways that may be untreated. Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling.
