Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds will be common today ahead of an approaching cold front. Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will develop this afternoon and evening in the Advisory area and could produce locally stronger gusts. Severe Thunderstorm Warnings may be needed for thunderstorm wind gusts > 58 mph. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle.
