Additional snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches. * WHERE...McKean and Warren Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult at times. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be 6 to 8 hour period with little to no snow during the day on Wednesday before more widespread snow showers resume Wednesday evening. A line of snow showers/squalls will move through on Wednesday evening and could produce gusty winds and rapidly reduced visibilities. If a Snow Squall Warning is issued for your location, delay travel or exit the highway at the next opportunity.Wind chills in the lower teens will dip near or even slightly below zero on Thursday morning.
