Allegheny River  at Emlenton, PA  broke causing flash flooding
downstream.

IMPACT...Flooding of areas near and downstream of the ice jam
break.

* The nearest downstream town is Foxburg.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
