In Pennsylvania, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, and Southern Wayne Counties. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will be across the higher elevations of the Catskills and Poconos.
