extending from Stevenson Dam to near Hicks Run to near Benezette to
Lecontes Mills to near Punxsutawney, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Penfield and Lamar exits, specifically between mile markers 114 and
