continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

- At 313 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has moved east
of the area. However, streams continue to rise and sporadic
flooding is ongoing across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5
inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to half an inch are possible in
the warned area.

Altoona, State College, Bellefonte, Hollidaysburg, Tyrone,
Ebensburg, Nanty-Glo, Portage, Park Forest Village, Boalsburg,
