* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central New York, including the following
areas, Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Sullivan and Tioga and
northeast Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Lackawanna,
Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike, Southern Wayne and Susquehanna.

* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO SUNDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Susquehanna River at Conklin.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flood stage. Alta, River and Lawrence
Roads closed in the Town of Conklin due to minor flooding. No
homes are flooded at this river stage. Valley park in Kirkwood
takes on water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 9.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tonight to a crest of 12.4 feet tomorrow morning. It
will then fall below flood stage Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
