MORNING TO 4 PM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
up to 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Crawford and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 4 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel
treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be
difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause
tree damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected late Monday
afternoon into early Tuesday morning. Snowfall rates may exceed 1
inch per hour at times.
