For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 16 degrees below zero expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, northern, northwest, and southern New Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 4 AM Saturday to midnight EST Saturday Night. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 AM Saturday to noon EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 15 degrees below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High winds potentially leading to power outages combined with extremely cold conditions could be very dangerous!
