...HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON... * WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible. * WHERE...Clearfield and Northern Centre Counties. * WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds could start as early as Sunday evening and will continue through Tuesday evening. The strongest winds will be Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning. Strong winds will also be accompanied by upslope snow showers with up to two inches of snow possible at higher elevations. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
