AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and
8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and Roads will be slick and
hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.western Pennsylvania
and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads will likely be slick and hazardous. Travel could be
very difficult.
