Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. * WHERE...McKean and Warren Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The gusty wind could make the visibility poor in blowing snow as well. The hazardous conditions could extend into the Monday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills are near or even below zero and will stay that cold through the night. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Consider delaying travel. If travel is necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter storm kit along with you, including such items as tire chains, booster cables, flashlight, shovel, blankets and extra clothing.
