...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 8 AM EDT MONDAY... * WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Cameron, Elk, McKean, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Potter, Sullivan, Tioga, and Warren Counties. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 8 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...It will be breezy during the day on Sunday before the Wind Advisory goes into effect, but the strongest gusts are expected Sunday night.
