Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches with locally higher amounts possible on the tallest ridges. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph in the Laurel Highlands. * WHERE...Cambria, Clearfield, Elk, and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. ...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST TUESDAY... * WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 65 mph expected. * WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Northern Centre, and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds starting this morning will continue through Tuesday evening. The strongest winds will be Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning. Strong winds will also be accompanied by upslope snow showers with up to two inches of snow possible at higher elevations. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle.
