...SLIPPERY TRAVEL CONDITIONS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS EVENING... Rain will mix with and change to wet snow by late evening across north central Pennsylvania. As temperatures fall this evening, roads will likely become snow covered and slippery. Icy spots may form as temperatures fall to below freezing overnight and gusty winds develop. Persons with travel plans this evening and overnight should be prepared for a wide range of conditions and use caution in areas of adverse weather conditions. Remember that bridges and ramps freeze up first.
