* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Storm
total snow accumulation of 2 to 5 inches.

* WHERE...Forest, Jefferson PA, Mercer, Venango, and Clarion
Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
