* WHERE...In New York, Sullivan County. In Pennsylvania, Lackawanna,
Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike, and Southern Wayne Counties.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning.
For the Wind Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 7 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and scattered power outages may occur,
especially from any trees already weighed down by prior ice.
