GLOUCESTER, NORTHEASTERN SALEM, SOUTHEASTERN BUCKS, DELAWARE,
SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY AND PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES...

At 1226 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches in 1 hour. Additional
rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
