...DENSE FOG ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EST THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some pockets of freezing fog will also be possible trough early morning in the colder locations. This could result in a light glaze of ice, mainly on elevated surfaces. A few slick spots on roads are also possible. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
