...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR NORTHEASTERN NEW CASTLE, SOUTHWESTERN MERCER, NORTHWESTERN BURLINGTON, NORTHWESTERN CAMDEN, NORTHWESTERN GLOUCESTER, NORTHEASTERN SALEM, SOUTHEASTERN BUCKS, DELAWARE, SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY AND PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES... At 1226 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
