Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Somerset County. * WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A line of snow showers/squalls will move through around or shortly after midnight on New Year's Eve.
