...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM WEDNESDAY TO 10
AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations 3 to 6 inches
with 6 to 8 inches on the western ridges. Winds could gust as high
as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Somerset County.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A line of snow showers/squalls will move
through around or shortly after midnight on New Year's Eve. If a
Snow Squall Warning is issued for your location, delay travel or
exit the highway at the next opportunity. Wind chills in the lower
teens will dip below zero on Thursday morning.
