* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
excess runoff from earlier rainfall. It will take several hours for
all the water from these storms to work through local drainage
systems in urban areas.

- At 151 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
warned area.  Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.

AFTERNOON FOR EAST CENTRAL WESTMORELAND, SOUTHEASTERN ARMSTRONG,
INDIANA AND SOUTHERN JEFFERSON PA COUNTIES...

At 1223 PM EDT, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Public reported flooded roadways near Ernest.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
