gusts should begin to decrease later this morning into the
afternoon.

* WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Northern Centre, and
Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds will also be accompanied by lake
effect snow showers, which will reduce visibility and make roads
slick.
