...HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds could start as early as Sunday
evening and will continue through Tuesday evening. The strongest
winds will be Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning.
Strong winds will be accompanied by upslope snow showers with up
to a few inches of snow possible at higher elevations.
