Sleet and snow totals will be less than an inch. * WHERE...The Laurel Highlands and western Alleghenies. * WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A 6 to 9 hour period of freezing rain is expected.
