* At 221 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Wysox, or
near Towanda, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

At 217 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Monroeton, or near Towanda, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Towanda, Wysox, North Towanda, Herrick, Wyalusing, Monroe, Rome, Le
Raysville, Monroeton, and Brushville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
