* WHERE...A portion of southeast Pennsylvania, including the
following county, Philadelphia.

* WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 916 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding due to
earlier rainfall. Flooding is already occurring in the warned
area.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- For Wissahickon Creek at Wissahickon:
At 9:00pm the stage was 5.1 feet.
Flood Stage is 5 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
