For the Wind Advisory, from 10 AM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Temperatures near or below freezing overnight may result in patchy ice on untreated surfaces from fog alone.
