* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Southern Mercer County in northwestern Pennsylvania...
Northern Lawrence County in western Pennsylvania...

* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 344 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
very heavy rain fell  across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5
inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional light to moderate rain could maintain elevated creeks
and streams this morning, resulting in flooding in some
locations.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
New Castle, Hermitage, Sharon, Grove City, Sharpsville, Farrell,
New Wilmington, Oakwood, New Castle Northwest, Mercer, Pulaski,
Bessemer, New Bedford, West Middlesex, Plain Grove Township,
South New Castle, Clark, Wheatland, Jackson Center and Volant.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
